Today the new concrete planters were installed along Chouteau Ave.  WUMCRC worked with Confluence Design to fabricate a unique and contemporary planter that would last for years to come.

Three concepts were originally presented to the Forest Park Southeast Public Infrastructure Committee.  The group chose a planter that would remain structurally sound as well as fit in with the neighborhood’s historic context.

WUMCRC funded the project and will provide the annual plantings, watering, and maintenance.  The planters are another positive addition to Forest Park Southeast as they welcome both visitors and residents into the neighborhood.
